Monte Generoso – Summit Yoga

A special yoga session to start the day right. This class is characterised by fluid and harmonious movements that are performed in constant connection with the breath. A perfect way to awaken your body and mind and dedicate some precious time just to yourself. The class is suitable for all levels. Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, a sweatshirt and a towel/cover for the final relaxation are required.
