Pablo Villars is always on the search for innovation. He used to discover young musical talent as the co-founder of a record label. Now he spends his time tracking down pioneering projects at the Migros Pioneer Fund. Following various positions within the Migros Group, in his role in the development fund he is now responsible for ensuring that courageous ideas are put into practice sustainably – and profitably.
