Double: Mentoring and coaching platform
Double is the mentoring and coaching platform of the Migros Culture Percentage. The scheme pairs experienced experts with younger colleagues from the same line of work. The fields covered are literature, dance, theatre, pop, classical music, art and cabaret.
Support with many facets
The mentoring and coaching focuses on either the artist’s work, how to reflect on and experiment with new working methods, or what the next professional move should be.
To complement the mentoring and coaching, there are three courses on interdisciplinary topics such as networking and business, contract administration and applications. Double also provides opportunities for residential retreats to inspire concentrated working and collaboration.
